Short answer, yes. All transfer payment information, including credit card handling, is done through a secure server using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This allows your browser to encode any data it sends to our server. What does this mean? If someone on our end or someone outside of the company intercepted your information, they won’t be able to read it due to the encryption.
How much is shipping?
If you are a located in Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas we offer free shipping over $99. Exclusions may apply. For other states and orders under $99, shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.
Free shipping only applies to commercial / business address.

We ship to all the states in the US.
What forms of payment do you take?
We take payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For the comfort of customers, Cash on delivery (COD) is available for all orders over $400 – cashiers check and money orders only. Please contact us for all COD orders.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days.
Texas orders will arrive within 1-2 business days. Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Oklahoma, Tennessee orders will arrive within 2-3 business days. New Mexico orders will arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders in other states may take up to 7 business days.
Where is my order?
For all purchases, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This is also available on the orders page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us through email or phone for any changes or order cancellations.
What are your shipping methods?
All orders, with the exception of any pallets, will be shipped through UPS. Any pallet purchase or product that has “Pallet” in the description will be shipped through a third-party carrier. You will be contacted with the delivery date.
Why is there no shipping option available?

What are final sale items?
Final sale items are discontinued products. They are not defective unless stated otherwise.
What is your return policy?
Purchases may be returned within 30 days, unless it is a final sale item. In order to keep our prices low, customers are responsible for covering shipping costs.
Can I return a final sale item?
Final sale items cannot be refunded. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.
If there is a pricing error on the website, we refund the difference, cancel the order or you will have the option to pay the difference.
